DESCRIPTION: At 119 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Belle Meade, or near Nashville, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Nashville, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Belle Meade, Bellevue, Berry Hill, and Bells Bend. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between mile markers 196 and 217. Interstate 65 between mile markers 75 and 86. Interstate 24 between mile markers 47 and 57.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.

Freezing rain is a condition where precipitation which has fallen in the form of
